3B Yoga thrives in its Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga roots

While honoring the Ashtanga Yoga tradition we also offer the 3B Yoga system, including Prenatal, Gentle, Meditation, and Kid’s classes, making Yoga accessible, spirited and delightful for everyone!

  • B Gentle

    First-time to Advanced

    Discover the art of mindful movement and be rejuvenated through a thoughtful sequence of supported poses. Lengthen the muscles, free the joints and broaden the mind. Even the stiffest and crankiest student will feel open and liberated!

  • B1: Ashtanga Intro

    “Breath is the heart of the Practice” Pattabhi Jois. Learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga in a fluid sequence that safely reinforces the basics and leaves one feeling happier, stronger and more capable.

  • B2: Mixed Ashtanga

    There’s nothing quite as sweet as watching little yogis. This class gives children the opportunity to move consciously, breathe deeply, play and laugh in a safe and splendid environment.

    This traditional sequence of Ashtanga Yoga known as “Yoga Chikitsa,” or Yoga Therapy is a meditative and healing progression of precise movement and deep postures and is considered to be the most restorative and challenging of all yoga practices!

  • Mysore Style

    A group class in which students can practice the complete or a portion of the Ashtanga Primary or Secondary Series at their own pace with the instructor available to help facilitate and assist one-on-one. We ask for new students to observe their first class.

  • Prenatal & Postnatal

    Come nurture yourself with soothing breath and move through asanas specifically sequenced to strengthen, ease and stretch the changing pregnant body.  Prenatal yoga improves sleep as well as reduces stress and anxiety.

    Postnatal

    Focus on gaining strength, Releasing tension and restoring the body back to before the baby. * Option to bring your baby from the age to 6 weeks- Crawling.

  • Rocket

    All Levels

    Rocket Yoga, was created by Larry Schultz and is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice, and focuses on back bending, spinal twisting and arm balancing. It is an uplifting series of postures that has gained global recognition as a “feel-good experience” which opens the body and clears the mind. The playful and upbeat Rocket routine is the perfect counter to the soothing forward bending of the Primary Series.

  • Community Action

  • Meditation

    All Levels

    As Swami Kriyananda describes, “meditation is a state of intense awareness achieved by stilling and concentrating the thoughts.” During our meditation classes we learn to use certain tools designed to help us find such concentration (Dharana) and create the perfect inner atmosphere for meditation (Dhyana) to happen.
